Add Chat Theme Feature

Summary

Implemented a new chat theme feature with 10 pre-defined color themes, allowing users to customize their chat interface colors. Added theme persistence, dark mode support, and a theme selector in the user menu.

Key Changes

• Created theme configuration in /lib/chat-themes.ts
• Added theme context and provider in /context/chat-theme.tsx
• Implemented theme selector component in /components/chat-theme-selector.tsx
• Updated messages.tsx to dynamically apply theme colors
• Modified layout.tsx and nav-user.tsx to integrate theme feature
