I propose we just keep this branched version of the bash script here on a separate branch. It only works when this flag is in the first position. I think maybe we should just come up with an entire replacement for the bash script written in python OR rework the eqmap tool into the makefile. Then make a phony target called something like But in any case, I think we should just leave this change on a separate branch. |
