* Change the bullet list into section headings. The main benefit is that you can now link to individual sections as HTML anchors. When you hover over a heading there is a thing that appears on the left. Right click and "copy link" on it to get a link that directs to this section. * Organize questions into groups. There are basically three groups: about the OC snapshot, about different manifestations of Tk < 8.6 bugs, and others. The solution for the second group is basically the same so putting them together makes more sense to skim through.
This basically swallows up the other PRs.
