docs: Small updates

This pull request updates the documentation site configuration and refines icon usage throughout the docs for consistency and improved clarity. It also adds new resources and removes redundant "Next Steps" sections from some pages to streamline navigation. The most important changes are grouped below:

Documentation Site Configuration Updates:

• Changed the documentation theme from "aspen" to "palm" and updated the favicon path in docs.json. The navigation structure now uses "products" instead of "dropdowns", and the navbar GitHub link was removed. Social links now include Twitter/X. [1] [2]

Icon Standardization and Improvements:

• Replaced many icon names in <Card> components across multiple .mdx files to use more consistent and descriptive icons (e.g., "gear" to "cog", "code-branch" to "git-branch", "credit-card" to "wallet", etc.). [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17]

Navigation and Content Streamlining:

• Removed "Next Steps" sections from the installation and quickstart documentation pages to reduce redundancy and simplify the user flow. [1] [2]

Additional Resources Added:

• Added a new "Additional Resources" section to the MCP Server documentation page, including a card linking to the Model Context Protocol website.

Content Enhancement:

• Added a contextual link to the conditional validation documentation from the quickstart example for improved discoverability.
