Remove invalid <td> and </td>, and add missing <tr> and </tr>.
This rendering isn't great, but at least it's valid HTML now.
The caption _must_ be the first child of a table element [1]. [1] https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/tables.html#the-caption-element
