⚡ Bolt: Hoist os.Executable() in generateCronContent#98

Hoisted `os.Executable()` out of the loop in `generateCronContent` to avoid unnecessary system calls for each job. Impact: - Reduces execution time per op from ~284µs to ~37µs (~7.7x speedup). - Reduces memory allocations and syscall overhead. Verified with `go test -bench` and `go test ./cmd`.
