This is an update to the code base contributed as part of the Insight Journal article "An ITK Implementation of the Symmetric Log-Domain Diffeomorphic Demons Algorithm" http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/644
The intent of this work is to upgrade to code base to be compatible with ITKv4.
