This PR was meant to be simple but I didnt know we wrote our own template compile so I had to add some if statement function to allow conditional rendering of the button.....
Its not meant to reshape the world but it fits our use case currently
If user does not supply a contact_us_url within the conf the button will not be rendered at all, if they do it will be rendered correctly
