Summary

Backfills the v0.7.4 CHANGELOG entry with the chat uplift sections (Phases 1 → 3.x) and multimodal work that the original entry missed. Mirrors the v0.7.4 GitHub release notes so the on-disk changelog matches what the release page describes.

The original v0.7.4 entry led with FU-### bundle IDs and skipped over the chat experience overhaul that landed via PR #32 — which was actually the headline of the release. This adds:

  • Chat experience — Phases 1, 2.0, 2.0.5, 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 3.x grouped by theme
  • Vision / multimodal — mmproj wiring, vision flag gating, mlx-vlm torchvision dep

Documentation-only — no runtime change.

Test plan

  • Single file change to CHANGELOG.md
  • No code touched

The original v0.7.4 entry focused on FU-### IDs and missed the chat
uplift work that was actually the headline of the release - Phases 1
through 3.x landed via PR #32 and shipped a major chat experience
overhaul (sampler exposure, conversation branching, in-thread compare,
RAG, MCP client, capability badges, mid-thread model swap, OpenAI-
compatible server, KV strategy chip, substrate routing inspector,
Delve mode, workspace knowledge stacks). Backfill those sections at
the top of the v0.7.4 entry so the changelog matches the GitHub
release notes.

Also document the vision / multimodal work (mmproj wiring, vision
flag gating across runtimes, mlx-vlm torchvision dep).
