Build FFmpeg with VVenC support [1], then rebuild GPAC and check it can encode VVC. Then execute
tcgen encode -v ./output -b 2026-02-10 ../mezzanine profiles/vvc.mezzanine_v4.csv.[1]
./configure --enable-libx264 --enable-gpl --enable-libvvenc --enable-shared[2]
