This is an attempt to fix the issue #77.
The approach used here adds a function
validate_and_resolve_endpoint(dust_limit, with_cutthrough)which validates the passed parameters against what the server is supporting. It errors if no match found.If the approach is acked I'll go further and provide some unit-tests for validat_and_resolve_endpoint
