Situation
Cypress 10.0.0 was released on June 1, 2022, 3 years ago
The Cypress documentation website no longer contains any configuration information for legacy Cypress version < 10
Several documents / comments in this repo still refer to Cypress v9, although it is no longer supported.
Change
Remove references to Cypress v9
