…thropic-ai/sdk to 0.98.0 (CYPACK-1229) - Bumps @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk from 0.2.123 → 0.3.148 across all packages - Bumps @anthropic-ai/sdk from ^0.91.0 → ^0.98.0 and root peer override from >=0.91.1 → >=0.98.0 - Refreshes tool allowance list per mandatory CLAUDE.md process: adds LSP to availableTools and readOnlyTools, removes RemoteTrigger - Adds diagnostics: null to BetaMessage literals in codex-runner, cursor-runner, and gemini-runner (required field in @anthropic-ai/sdk >=0.97.x) - Closes and supersedes CYPACK-1228 / #1235 (which targeted v0.3.146; this PR targets v0.3.148) Closes CYPACK-1229
