Needs some fields filled out
This includes the code's license. Technically without one it's "all rights reserved" and no one can legally use (or even download) your code.
Also, if you used code from anyone else I'd put the references here. Many licenses (MIT, BSD) require attribution. Some (GPL) are viral and require that you use the same license.
