I do the PR even though I haven't had time to finish it
In the "00 Base" folder I have done the redux architecture without the less styles since I was going to do them at the end and I have not time.
The test are in the folder "00 Base". Less actions and reducers test that I don't know to make them...
In folder "03 Test Hooks PablorRC" I have uploaded the component made with hooks that I already did last week
