- added support of GetLocalListVersion and SendLocalList commands for both OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0
- OCPP 1.6 commands have been tested at Mennekes AMTRON® Professional wallboxes.
* support for OCPP 2.0 would be added later
* support for OCPP 2.0 would be added later
