dalcenter serve가 시작될 때 addr에서 포트를 추출하여 DALCENTER_URL=http://localhost:<port>를 자동으로 설정한다: 1. /etc/dalcenter/<repo>.env에 추가/갱신 2. $HOME/.bashrc에 export 추가/갱신 3. 현재 프로세스 환경변수에 설정 이미 올바른 값이 있으면 중복 기록하지 않음 (idempotent). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
