Cross-repo .tape v1.1 adoption sweep (2026-05-14): - TAPE-AUDIT.md: read-only audit of this repo's data plane against the .tape (https://github.com/dancinlab/tape) 5-placement framework. - IDENTITY.tape (if present): agent identity SSOT seed (replaces hard- coded identity blocks; loaded by tape_render_identity). - <DOMAIN>.tape (if present): domain ledger seed (governance principle #4 domain-meta-domain — sibling of <DOMAIN>.md). - .PRESERVE-AS-SSOT (if present): mark DESIGN audit-ledger directories so cargo-migration tools (markers_to_tape) skip them. Per tape v1.2 spec + governance principle #4 (domain-meta-domain). Each UPPERCASE.md domain ledger now has a `.tape` sibling carrying the event-stream half (append-only · grammar-primer + @v + @i id001 + placeholder §Log section). Sibling-md field in @i id001 points back to the existing prose `.md`. The `.md` is preserved unchanged — head + ## Conditions remain there. Future log entries land in `.tape` as @A / @d events with date stamps.
