My last PR, which introduced support for Nintendo Switch Homebrew is almost 2 years old and wildly outdated.
This PR brings the Switch build up to date, fixes build problems and makes the CMakeLists.txt a lot cleaner.
It also introduces a glad configuration which we need for OpenGL support on the Switch.
