Bump the highest CLI compat entry (
1.0.0) from skills0.2.4to0.2.5. Only theskillsvalue changes;appkit(0.38.1) is untouched.The older
0.299.2floor stays at skills0.1.5so pre-1.0.0 CLI binaries keep resolving to the last v1-format manifest they understand (norepo_dir), exactly as #5324 established. No new key is added (no breaking change), so all CLI versions >= 1.0.0 (including current 1.4.0) pick up skills 0.2.5 automatically.Test plan
go test ./libs/clicompat/...(valid JSON, semver keys/values, ascending order) plus the validate-generated checks.go test/./taskgates could not run in this environment: the internal Go module proxy returned 502 (upstream unavailable) fordatabricks-sdk-go@v0.147.0(not in the local cache) and the public proxy is blocked.
