Added details about data structure and dataset pipeline for YOLO and Grounding DINO inference.
infer_local_v5.py : - ajout --taxonomy : enrichit les prédictions avec genre/famille/ordre/classe/embranchement - probas cohérentes avec le routing (clf-50 pour classifier, proto-100 pour espèces rares) - affichage terminal : fleche si agregation utile, = si pas d'info nouvelle, alt si concurrent >10% - ajout --help-taxonomy : affiche la legende et quitte export_biolit_enriched_complete.csv : - Lipophrys pholis : classe Actinopterygii corrigee (manquante dans GBIF) - Ulva spp., Asterina gibbosa et agregats completes via GNV
