DOC-5694 astra-streaming-examples and pulsar-subscription-example archived

Remove links to archived repos, moving the example code directly into the repo as needed.

I didn't edit the code, just copy/paste from the example repos. Updating the examples is out of scope of this PR.

• Client examples: minimal changes, most already had all the example code
• Grafana dashboards: Moved JSON files from example repo to attachments, revised the intro + related links on each dashboard page.
• Subscriptions: These pages relied on the user cloning the pulsar-subscription-example repo so more extensive rework was required to bring in all the code. I used partials and attributes to enhance reuse.
