Update all monorepo dependencies to their latest versions and resolve compatibility issues.
This PR brings all
bunworkspace dependencies to their latest versions, includingturbo,prettier, SvelteKit, TanStack, and@types/bun. Compatibility fixes were applied for Vite type conflicts, stricter Redis URL typing, Biome linting/formatting changes, andtan-sandboxhook dependencies to ensure the project runs stably on its updated toolchain.
