Holding this one deliberately. The four red checks share one root cause: urllib3 >=2.7.0 and aiohttp 3.14.x (and every other patched release of both) require Python >=3.10, while the workspace still supports 3.9 - so Poetry resolution fails outright.

There is no patched urllib3/aiohttp/python-multipart for Python 3.9 at all, so the real unblock is dropping 3.9 (EOL October 2025) from the published Python packages. Once that lands, this PR rebases and merges clean. #77 covers the python-multipart slice for >=3.10 installs in the meantime.
