• This repo contains input files for protein-ligand relative binding free energy (RBFE) calculations of public benchmark dataset.
• ./input_str_top contains the input structures and topologies.
• ddg_pmx.csv: the experimental and estimated ddg values with bootstrapped error and BAR error all the groups and targets. The values from individual repeats are also provided.
• The ddg estimates are in kcal/mol.
