feat(python): audio-intelligence v1 — pipeline

Adds the pipeline recipe for audio-intelligence v1 (python).

This recipe demonstrates combining all five Audio Intelligence features — sentiment analysis, entity detection, topic detection, summarization, and PII redaction — in a single pre-recorded transcription API call.
