##Transform interview time preferences from google docs into scheduled times ###Uses a scheduling heuristic that matches applicants with the least availability to interview times that are least popular.

(Optional) Access the Google Docs API in order to download the CSV files from the duncaroos@gmail folder.

1. Transform from CSV into acceptable interview format
2. Accept different interview blocks for coordinators (e.g. 15 minutes w/ 5 minute breaks)
3. Turn candidate preferences into acceptable interview times

(Optional) Turn back into Google Doc spreadsheet
