deno canary now ships TypeScript 6.0, which recognizes `Buffer` (and `BufferEncoding`) as a known global, so the affected packages no longer emit TS2591/TS2304 and now type check successfully. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
