Updated Main scripts to ImageMagick 7 by adding magick infront of identify and convert
added Variable for maximum amount of colors in title changed -c argument to -cmin added -cmax argument (or --max-colors=*) added code to get rid of images if IMAGE_COLORS >MAX_COLORS

-h was used for TILE_HEIGHT and HR_OUTPUT_DIR. HR_OUTPUT_DIR now has -hr as a short version
