Home Tab Chrome Extension

A simple extension to style new tabs to display extra content created using react.

Installation :

1. Run npm install inside the app directory to install the dependencies.

2. Run npm build to build the app, which then generates a build folder for our built app.

3. In Chrome browser, go to chrome://extensions page and turn on developer mode. This enables the ability to locally install a Chrome extension.

4. Now click on the LOAD UNPACKED and browse to build folder of app, this will install the React app as a Chrome extension.

5. Open a new tab to see the results.
