PR #75 のクロスレビュー時、fix サブエージェントが worktree 内で広範に git add した結果、.cross_review/ 配下の内部生成物と gh-payload.json が PR に混入し main にマージされていた。これらを除去し、再発防止のため .gitignore に .cross_review/ と gh-payload.json を追加する。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

概要
PR #75 のマージで、クロスレビュー (
ndf:cross-review) の作業生成物が誤って main に混入していたため除去する。fix サブエージェントが worktree 内で広範にgit addした結果、.cross_review/配下の内部生成物（レビュー payload / ログ / state.json 等 28 ファイル）とgh-payload.jsonがコミットされていた。変更点
.cross_review/配下 28 ファイルとgh-payload.jsonを削除.gitignoreに.cross_review/とgh-payload.jsonを追加動作確認
git ls-files | grep -E '\.cross_review/|gh-payload'が 0 件になる補足
製品コード（
lib/devbase/...）・テスト（tests/snapshot/...）・ドキュメントは PR #75 のまま維持し、本 PR では一切変更しない。
