- Add support for Rich Messages: `RichMessage`, `RichText`, `RichBlock`. - Add endpoints `sendRichMessage` and `sendRichMessageDraft`. - Add `rich_message` to `Message` entity and `editMessageText` request. - Add Join Request Queries: `answerChatJoinRequestQuery` and `sendChatJoinRequestWebApp`. - Add `supports_join_request_queries` to `User` and `guard_bot` to `ChatFullInfo`. - Add Poll Media Link support: `Link` and `InputMediaLink`. - Add API 10.1 Arabic documentation and update changelog.
