Migrate all devpod naming to devsy as part of the devsy-org repo migration: - Rename Devsy (Loft) product constant to DevsyOrg to avoid collision with feature - Remove redundant DevPodPro product (duplicate of DevsyPro) - Rename DevPodModule, DevPodWorkspaceInstanceLimit, Devpod feature to devsy equivalents - Remove duplicate DevsyDevModule (DevsyModule already exists) - Update YAML definitions and generated files - Update GitHub Actions to use org-level secrets (DEVSY_GITHUB_APP_ID, DEVSY_GITHUB_APP_PRIVATE_KEY) - Bump actions/create-github-app-token to v3 - Replace GH_ACCESS_TOKEN PAT with GitHub App token
