Remove Slack and Blog navbar links, and set the what-is-devsy page as the docs root landing page via slug: /.

The what-is-devsy page now lives at /docs/ instead of /docs/what-is-devsy, so update the redirect accordingly.
Only the GitHub link remains since this is a standalone docs site.
Remove slug: / from what-is-devsy frontmatter and use Netlify redirects to route / and /docs to /docs/what-is-devsy instead.
