Upgrade ic-cdk 0.19.0 -> 0.20.0, ic-agent 0.45.0 -> 0.46.2. Migrate from removed ic_cdk::management_canister module to the new ic-cdk-management-canister crate. Keep ic-management-canister-types at 0.5.0 to remain compatible with pocket-ic v12. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
