- unify "identity" terminology: replace inconsistent "идентификация"/"identity"/"учётная запись" with "идентификатор" where appropriate
- fix plural forms for Russian (add missing few/many categories)
- fix mistranslations ("заказ" -> "порядок слов", "сравнивается" -> "отличается")
- improve tooltip/button texts for clarity ("Активировать восстановление для удаления" -> "Чтобы удалить, сначала активируйте резервную фразу")
- fix grammatical gender agreement for recovery phrase (она, не он)
- various style improvements for naturalness

Pull request overview
Updates Russian (ru) localization strings to make terminology and phrasing more consistent and accurate across the UI, especially around “identity” and recovery/passkey flows.
Changes:
- Standardizes “identity” wording (largely to “идентификатор”) and cleans up related UI text.
- Improves Russian pluralization by adding
few/manycases in ICU plural messages. - Fixes several mistranslations and refines tooltip/button phrasing and grammatical agreement.
