In composer it is possible to define a
vendor-dirthat will place the to be installed packages into a different location.Currently
composer-preloaddoes not work, when thevendor-diris changed.My patch requires the user to specify the "sources to be reploaded" as a relative path to the
vendor-dir.the relative Path also allows to use hooks for e.g. containerized builds.
