Yes I did some manual smoke test with the MySQL backend. The instance at https://cusdis.univalent.net runs on MySQL. Cusdis works great and I love the simplicity btw - thanks for your awesome work! |

Add support for MySQL as a database backend.
This pull request includes the schema change in #149. Please let me know if you want to exclude that :)
