[std.meta] Add alias parameters to variadic templates

Now dlang/dmd#22393 is fixed, we can use separate alias parameters instead of a single variadic parameter.
Update staticIndexOf, Erase, EraseAll, ReplaceAll.

Also improve staticIndexOf example.
