Podman does not default to docker.io like Docker does. Make registry explicit to make it work for both Podman and Docker. I have tested that this image works well on Podman. I only needed to force pre-commit.com to use Podman. After that, it all works nicely :)

I have tested that this image works well on Podman. I only needed to force pre-commit.com to use Podman. After that, it all works nicely :)
