docs(debian): remove docker-buildx-plugin from installation

Description

While trying to install docker on my Raspberry Pi (with Debian 13) I got the following error message:

dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/docker-buildx-plugin_0.35.0-1~debian.13~trixie_arm64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/libexec/docker/cli-plugins/docker-buildx', which is also in package docker-buildx (0.13.1+ds1-3)
dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
