What do you mean? Like a synopsis or syntax line?
You can put content before and after MARKER_GEN_START and MARKER_GEN_END, eg: https://github.com/docker/buildx/blob/a0103f4278354ae00a2325e26e07f87b1674d1a2/docs/reference/buildx_bake.md?plain=1#L1-L5
