This PAT (code_write for devdiv/dnceng) has no active consumers. The only previous consumer (dotnet-docker internal update-deps pipeline) has been migrated to AzureCLI@2 with service connections. The DotNet-AllOrgs-Darc-Pats variable group section is removed with this entry.
