Removes [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces), [webpack](https://github.com/webpack/webpack), [html-webpack-plugin](https://github.com/jantimon/html-webpack-plugin) and [webpack-cli](https://github.com/webpack/webpack-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
