TW3 Bookmark events for Radovid

I added some events to W3 bookmark to make it more playable. For now, I have focused only on Radovid. I added two event chains (selectable in the first event) with different approaches to the war: seeking support from the Church of Eternal Fire (lore accurate) and a diplomatic approach.

Eternal fire approach:

• Witch hunt event, where you can burn all mages in realm
• Flaming Rose Order, you can expel them and get money, or help them rebuild
• Keira Metz, make her court mage, or kill
• Decision to enter Novigrad, costs 500 piety (can be collected in previous events) novigrad joins war, spawn extra units

Diplomatic:

• Move roche to your court, make him commander, and spawn 1,5k of temerian soldiers
• Ask Skellige for help
• Ask Kovir for help

End war:
There are two options:

• Restore old borders, generally every northen kingodm become independent, Anais (or if she is dead any character with strong claim on Temeria) become king
• Create Redania Empire and claim all North (Roche become your rival if you accepted his help)

And thats all for now ;) Maybe I'll look at Emhyr events late (search for Ciri, Radovid assasination, etc)

Of course, there are also some problems:

• My english :) Some of the descriptions are probably not very well written
• Pull request shows some changes in .csv file which I haven't changed, but maybe it's not a serious problem?
• Not sure if nilfgaard.102 s it working properly?
• Border gore when Redania win and there is a civil war in Nilfgaard
• Emhyr in bookmark window uses description from W2, i'm not sure I can do anything about it, as one character can only have one description
