Summary

  • enforce reflection-3 workflow gates (tests, PR/CI, no skipped tests, no direct push)
  • add PR/CI evidence checks and local test command verification
  • consolidate reflection documentation into docs/reflection.md

Testing

  • npm run typecheck
  • npm test
  • npm run test:load
  • OPENCODE_E2E=1 npm run test:e2e
