[23702] Remove support for @feed annotations

Description

Support for @feed will be part of Fast DDS Pro.

Depends on:

• [23702] Add IDL for basic interface related types. dds-types-test#47
• [23703] Remove support for @feed operations Fast-DDS#6052
• [23703] Remove @feed operations from example Fast-DDS-python#256
