feat: add partial Simplified Chinese translation (zh-CN)

• Completed: 105 / 528 keys (~20%)
• Translated scope: common, toolbar, formattingBar, alignment, lists, lineSpacing, styles, font, fontSize, zoom

Notes

• Shortcut keys and variables (e.g., {label}) remain unchanged
• Validation passed: zh-CN.json — all 633 keys in sync

Changeset

I was unable to run bun changeset locally due to environment issues. Please let me know if a changeset is required.

Next steps

I plan to continue translating the remaining keys in follow-up PRs. Any feedback or suggestions on the translation style or terminology are very welcome. 🙏

Hey @Jamiee42 it would be good to add a changeset, you can just create a file manually in the repo.

I plan to continue translating the remaining keys in follow-up PRs.

Could we keep this PR open (and adding more translations) until we reach 100%? I would prefer to not ship 20%-translated locale

Thanks for the trust and clear guidance! I'll keep this PR open and continue translating the remaining keys here until 100%. I'll also add the changeset manually. Will update the progress in this thread. 🙏
