Automated SDK generation by Fern

Note

Medium Risk
Adds a new productions client surface (orders/media/items/deliverables/languages) and extends existing endpoints with new parameters, which may impact downstream users via new types/params and regenerated codepaths. Risk is moderated because changes are SDK-side wrappers around API endpoints rather than core application logic.

Overview
Regenerates the Fern Python SDK to 2.49.0 (updates User-Agent/SDK version headers) and refreshes generated docs (reference.md) and Fern metadata.

Adds a new client.productions.orders API surface, including order lifecycle (list, create, get, update, submit), media registration/download (orders.media.register/get), item upsert/removal (orders.items.upsert/remove), deliverables listing, and supported languages listing, with corresponding new request/response types exported from elevenlabs.__init__.

Extends existing endpoints: conversational_ai.conversations.get now accepts a format parameter (json vs opentelemetry), and music.video_to_music now accepts an optional model_id (currently music_v1). Also updates analytics docs to clarify interval_seconds bucket sizing and adds Fern Replay tracking/ignore rules (.fern/replay.lock, .gitattributes).
