Migrate to SQLAlchemy 2.0 style db.session.get(Model, id) and Flask- SQLAlchemy's db.get_or_404(Model, id) across tests and factories.
New tests cover LFT handler paths, submission exporter edge cases, dataset and study JSON helpers, service notifications, controller flows for messages, notifications, DOCX rendering, delete paths, and CSRF error handling.
Sonar fixes tests and tests coverage improvement
